The Coincidence
Is the world is a small place?
This is a true event that happened to me only a few weeks ago.
I eventually got round to creating a personal Facebook profile and within a couple of days I had four friends. I should point out that I have a few more now but when this event happened I only had the four on Facebook.
The event relates to two friends, one is Adrian (no surnames mentioned) who was a very close school friend from possibly 30 years ago. For clarification I have had no contact with Adrian for all those years. The second friend is a chap called Jim who is an Army friend. So both friends come from totally unrelated backgrounds and live many miles from each other but formed two friends out of four on my Facebook profile.
Whilst I was looking at Adrian’s profile I noticed he had uploaded a video he took when he was on a Salsa holiday in Spain. Whilst watching his video I noticed the chap dancing close by was Jim. In amazement I dropped Adrian an email and he immediately replied acknowledging that he now knew Jim but had no idea he was friends with me.
Now that is a small world!

An old Army picture ...
